About our client
Our client is a Brisbane-based civil-electrical contractor delivering public lighting, intelligent transport systems, traffic signals, overhead and underground power and fibre across Queensland. They are an Energex and Ergon Energy Authorised Service Supplier.
Responsibilities
Run a field crew delivering maintenance, fault response and repairs on the electricity distribution network.
Set the day: allocate tasks, plant and materials to hit productivity and quality targets.
Keep safety tight: lead pre-starts, risk assessments, permits and compliance.
Troubleshoot in the field; diagnose issues, make clear calls and restore supply safely.
Lift performance through coaching, clear standards and consistent feedback.
Coordinate with schedulers, network operations and stakeholders to minimise outages and disruption.
Maintain tidy records: work packs, as-builts and compliance documentation.
