An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in substation or Accredited Service Provider (ASP) works to join a growing pipeline of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and power infrastructure projects. This role will see you take ownership of site delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and programme outcomes are achieved across complex electrical construction environments.

Requirements

  • Trade-qualified or construction background in electrical or civil infrastructure

  • Proven supervisory experience across substation and/or ASP projects

  • Exposure to BESS or renewable energy infrastructure highly desirable

  • Strong capability coordinating subcontractors, site crews and programme delivery

  • Solid understanding of construction safety, compliance and quality standards
