About You

• Proven experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
• Demonstrated success delivering projects valued between $5M – $15M
• Confident managing site teams, subcontractors and construction programmes
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site methodologies
• Trade or construction background with strong leadership and communication skills

Requirements

• Experience delivering projects such as industrial warehouses, business parks, retail developments, office spaces or childcare centres
• Ability to manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Strong focus on safety, quality and programme delivery
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation
• Experience with tilt panel construction highly regarded
