Requirements
• Proven experience managing large-scale utility or infrastructure O&M contracts
• Strong leadership overseeing field services, maintenance teams, and subcontractors
• Experience managing contract performance, KPIs, budgets, and client relationships
• Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure services, or asset management
• Strong safety leadership and operational governance capability
