Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial or industrial construction

  • Strong Design & Construct (D&C) estimating experience

  • Experience pricing industrial construction projects

  • Proficiency with estimating software (Cubit experience highly regarded)

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a pre-construction team and report to the Pre-Construction Manager
