About You

• Proven experience delivering commercial or industrial construction projects
• Successfully managed projects valued between $5M – $20M
• Strong capability managing budgets, programmes and subcontractors
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery

Requirements

• Experience delivering projects such as warehouses, business parks, retail developments, office spaces or childcare centres
• Ability to manage full project lifecycle from planning to completion
• Strong commercial acumen including contract and financial management
• Ability to coordinate project teams and subcontractors
• Experience with tilt panel construction highly regarded
