Responsibilities
Own project delivery from award to handover across multiple civil and electrical packages.
Lead procurement, trade letting, head contract claims, and subcontractor claim assessment.
Drive program, cost, quality, and safety outcomes with look-aheads and live risk registers.
Chair PCGs, site and subcontractor meetings; issue minutes and action trackers.
Manage design coordination, RFIs, technical queries, and services interfaces.
Administer contracts, variations, EOTs, and progress claims with accurate forecasting.
Coordinate commissioning, testing, and asset handover documentation.
Build strong relationships with clients, utilities, and suppliers; maintain clear status reporting.
Mentor Site and CA teams; uphold delivery standards on and off site.
Skills & experience
5+ years as a Project Manager with a contractor in civil or electrical infrastructure.
Proven delivery of ITS, street lighting or signalling
Strong commercial acumen across subcontracts, cash flow, and cost control.
Confident with drawings, specs, and services coordination.
Tools: MS Project or similar, Procore or equivalent, Excel, Office.
Relevant degree or trade background preferred; White Card required.
Current driver’s licence and ability to work across SEQ sites.
