About our client

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager across program, cost, quality, and safety on multiple civil and electrical packages.

  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, ITPs, and technical queries; maintain document control.

  • Assist with procurement and trade letting; compare quotes and draft purchase orders.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for site access, permits, and delivery schedules.

  • Update look-aheads, risk registers, and progress reports; capture delays and variations.

  • Draft head and subcontract progress claims; verify subcontractor claims against site measures.

  • Take and issue meeting minutes with clear actions and owners.

  • Liaise with clients, utilities, and consultants to keep information flowing and issues unblocked.

  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover packs including as-builts and O&M manuals.


Skills and experience

  • 2+ years in a Project Coordinator or Contracts Admin role within civil, electrical, or ITS projects.

  • Sound understanding of drawings, specs, and services interfaces.

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and meeting discipline.

  • Commercial awareness across variations, EOTs, and progress claims.

  • Tools: MS Project or similar, Procore or equivalent, Excel, Office.

  • Relevant degree or trade background preferred; White Card required.

  • Current driver’s licence and ability to work across SEQ sites.
