Requirements
Background as a Site Engineer, Graduate Engineer, or Planner within power, utilities, or infrastructure environments
Experience preparing shutdown and outage applications, access requests, or permit documentation
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, compliant submissions
Understanding of construction, maintenance, or network access planning processes
High attention to detail and ability to work within defined approval and governance frameworks
