Our client is a boutique design, construction and project management firm based in South East Queensland, delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects. Responsibilities
Lead 4–5 design-and-construct industrial projects concurrently from pre-construction through handover.
Own program management in MS Project; set, track and recover milestones.
Oversee head contract compliance, cash flow forecasting, progress claims and variations.
Manage external design consultants; coordinate disciplines to meet design gates.
Navigate authority approvals and permits through to construction readiness.
Set the standard for site safety, quality and ISO/WHS compliance.
Run procurement end to end: scopes, take-offs, tendering and supplier negotiations.
Coach project managers, site supervisors and engineers to lift capability and performance.
Lead client and stakeholder management; resolve issues early and keep decisions moving.
Contribute to pipeline growth via ECI participation, D&C bid input and buildability reviews.
Improve systems, templates and reporting to lock in repeatable best practice.
