Requirements
• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Leading Hand on infrastructure or utilities projects
• Strong capability across earthworks, trenching, conduit installation and reinstatement
• Ability to coordinate small crews, plant and daily site activities
• Sound understanding of site safety, WHS requirements and compliance standards
• Current driver’s licence and relevant civil construction tickets
