About the Role

People8 is growing and we’re looking for an Associate Talent Partner to support our Talent Partners across a growing portfolio of client roles.

This is a hands-on recruitment delivery role. You’ll help move roles from brief through to placement by sourcing, screening and engaging candidates, coordinating interviews and keeping recruitment activity moving.

You’ll work across Talent Acquisition Services, Embedded and Technology clients, supporting our Talent Partners to deliver consistent recruitment outcomes each month.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates across active roles

  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls

  • Prepare high-quality candidate submissions

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate feedback

  • Maintain regular candidate communication

  • Support offer and acceptance processes

  • Keep ATS and CRM activity accurate and up to date

  • Support Talent Partners across multiple client accounts

  • Contribute directly to monthly placement outcomes


What We’re Looking For

  • Australian recruitment or talent sourcing experience

  • Strong candidate engagement skills

  • Confident on the phone

  • Good organisation and follow-through

  • Comfortable working across multiple vacancies

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, engineering or technical recruitment is highly regarded
