Requirements
Proven experience in operational leadership within infrastructure, utilities, or construction environments
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and contract performance
Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams across field operations and project delivery
Strong stakeholder management and client relationship capability
Excellent understanding of safety, compliance, and operational performance frameworks
